Am I buying a chatbot or an engineering service?
An engineering service. You describe the change you want; we use AI-assisted engineering and senior judgment to carry it through. You don’t need to run coding tools, coordinate agents, or translate your idea into technical instructions.
Can I start with one piece of work?
Yes. Your first request helps us agree a useful starting point. If the relationship works, we keep building on the same product context. A first request does not enroll you in a subscription or commit you to a year.
What happens after I send my idea?
You receive a private preliminary proposal with the first recommended outcome, estimated price and timeline, assumptions and a PDF. Automated checks run before delivery. You can read it without a call, ask a question, and decide in your own time.
Who makes sure the result actually works?
A senior engineer owns delivery: defining what done means, reviewing important decisions, checking the result and handling problems. AI is part of our method, not a substitute for responsibility. Project-specific acceptance and support are agreed in writing.
What if my priorities change?
Tell us what changed. We review what is already in progress and agree the next priority, including any effect on scope, price or dates. A new idea does not silently expand the work you have approved.
Is this a 24/7 support promise?
You can send requests at any time. Response times, delivery dates, support coverage and any ongoing capacity are agreed for your engagement. A request arriving overnight does not mean somebody has started work on it.
Can I use this from my phone?
Yes — start with text, a recording or an existing document. Recording depends on your browser and microphone permission; text and upload remain available. Your draft shows whether it is saved on this device or privately synced.
Who owns the work?
Ownership, source-code access, accounts, handover and third-party licenses are written into the agreement before work begins. We explain what you receive and what you remain responsible for, without hiding those decisions behind technical language.
