CUSTOM SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT · FINISH YOUR PROTOTYPE

Your prototype is a start.
Let’s make it work for real.

We finish the missing features, connect the tools you need, and prepare your software for real users. Describe what you have and get a preliminary price, timeline, and plan by email.

How it works
✓ 3 short steps✓ No technical knowledge needed✓ No required call
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

You know what needs to work.
We help you build it.

You do not need to write a technical brief. Explain the problem in your own words and we will work out a practical starting point.

01 · FINISH A PROTOTYPE

“I have a demo.
Now I need it to work.”

You built something with AI, no-code tools, or a previous developer. We help finish it and prepare it for real customers.

  • Complete the features that matter
  • Connect bookings, payments, or your existing tools
  • Check reliability and prepare for launch

02 · AUTOMATE REPETITIVE WORK

“We keep doing this
by hand.”

Move beyond copying between spreadsheets, checking inboxes, and sending reminders manually. Build a tool around the way your business works.

  • Collect requests without retyping them
  • Keep information in the right place
  • Send updates and reminders automatically

YOUR FREE INITIAL PROPOSAL

Know what comes next
before you spend.

Our automated analysis turns your description into an initial plan. It explains the assumptions and unknowns so you can decide what to do next.

01

What we would build

A practical first version, with a simple diagram showing how the important steps work.

02

What it could cost

A price range based on the work involved, with the main assumptions clearly shown.

03

How long it could take

An estimated delivery window, the main stages, and what could change the timeline.

04

A proposal you can keep

Your private proposal page and a downloadable PDF. Share it or review it in your own time.

FROM IDEA TO A CLEAR NEXT STEP

A short brief.
A useful answer.

No code access, sales call, or long technical questionnaire required for an initial proposal.

01

Describe what you need

Choose your starting point and explain the problem in a few sentences. Add context if you have it.

02

Receive your proposal

The system prepares and checks an initial plan, price, and timeline, then emails you a private link. No manual approval queue.

03

Decide in your own time

Review your proposal and PDF. Ask a question, request an agreement, or book a call if you want one.

WHAT YOU CAN HOLD US TO

Good work should
be easy to check.

Understand what is being built, see it working, and check it against the result you agreed. That is how we want you to judge our work.

We use AI in analysis, development, and testing. Responsibility for delivery stays with us. The final scope, price, and payment terms are agreed before development starts.

  1. Know what is included

Your proposal sets out the recommended work, assumptions, and exclusions before you make a commitment.

  2. Check the result

Agree what each milestone must demonstrate and when payment is due. Review progress through working software.

  3. Know what you will own

Agree source code, account access, documentation, and handover in writing before development starts.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Before you start.

A few things you might want to know.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. Tell us what is not working, who needs it, and what you want to happen instead. Ordinary words are enough. You can leave the optional questions unanswered.

Do I need a prototype or an approved budget?

No. You can describe a new idea or ask for an estimate before deciding your budget. An unknown budget does not prevent you from receiving a proposal.

Will I receive a proposal automatically?

Most valid software requests receive an automatically prepared and checked proposal. Missing details are shown as assumptions and open questions. Spam, unsafe requests, or requests that cannot be meaningfully assessed may need a different response.

Is the estimate a fixed-price contract?

Not yet. It is a preliminary range based on your description. We agree the final scope, price, timeline, and payment terms with you before work begins.

Does my budget change the price?

No. The estimate is based on the work involved, not the amount you choose in the form. It lets you compare the estimate with what you had in mind.

Do I have to book a call?

No. You can read the proposal and PDF first, then ask questions or request an agreement by email. A call is available if you would find it useful.

Who owns the software?

Ownership, source code, account access, documentation, and handover are covered in the agreement before development starts.
