WEBSITE & PRELIMINARY PROPOSAL TERMS

A preliminary proposal is not yet a contract.

These terms apply to the public website, articles, project brief, automated preliminary proposal and downloadable PDF.

Preliminary information

The proposed work, price ranges, timelines, assumptions, confidence scores, user journey and milestones are early estimates produced from your project description and versioned rules. They are not a fixed quote, binding offer, warranty, professional assurance, or commitment to accept or deliver a project. No sales call, manual owner approval or approved minimum budget is required to receive a preliminary proposal. Spam, unsafe content, unusable information or a processing failure may prevent an automatic result.

Agreeing paid work

Automatic proposal delivery does not start a paid engagement. An agreement request records your interest in discussing that saved proposal; it does not sign a contract or make a payment. No commercial engagement exists until scope, assumptions, availability, security requirements, legal constraints, ownership, fees, and payment terms are recorded in a separate written agreement.

Drafts and continuing work

Saving a draft, using voice or AI assistance, sending a follow-up, or requesting a first plan does not commission development. AI-assisted understanding is editable and may be incomplete; review the original and the summary before submitting. You can send requests at any time, but this is not a promise of immediate execution or round-the-clock support. Any ongoing engagement, capacity, response time, subscription or annual arrangement requires its own written terms. A change of priority does not automatically change agreed scope or fees.

Information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful submission of the information you provide. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to share or sensitive material prohibited by the privacy notice.

Private proposal access

A private proposal link is intentionally difficult to guess but is not an account login. Anyone holding the full link may be able to open the proposal during the retention period. Keep proposal links within the intended decision group.

Articles and external links

Articles express the identified author’s analysis at the stated publication date. They may become outdated and are not legal, financial, security, or other regulated professional advice. External services have their own terms.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, disrupt, scrape at abusive volume, bypass access controls, introduce malicious content, or use the service in violation of applicable law. Automated or abusive submissions may be blocked.

Availability and liability

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Outcome Guild is not responsible for a decision made solely from a preliminary proposal or article without appropriate validation.
